LOI*

B.  Letter of Intent**

*acronyms in English are most often pronounced saying the individual letters instead of making the letters into a word - so we say L-O-I, and not "loi".

**LOI has other meanings, for example, Lack of Interest or Letter of Indemnity, but Letter of Intent is the use most commonly seen in international business.  If you ever need to find out the meaning of an acronym in any language try AcronymFinder.com.
